An overview of all ticket prices
You can pay the registration with iDeal or creditcard or you can pay by invoice.
If you choose to pay by invoice an administration fee of €15 (excl. VAT) will be charged. You will receive the invoice with payment details after the registration.
The invoice should be paid before the payment deadline. If the payment is not received within the given time 10% of the original invoice amount will be charged to cover statutory interest and administration costs.
Cancellation and refund
All cancellations should be received in writing no later than 1 January 2018 in order for fees to be refunded. An administration charge of €50 will be deducted from registration fees. No refunds can be made after 1 January 2018. The full conference fee will be charged in case of no-show on the day of the conference. Replacement by a colleague is allowed.
